The Big Apple’s newest hotel is now open.

The Wall Street Hotel, located in Manhattan’s Financial District at the corner of Wall Street and Pearl Street, officially opened on Wednesday, June 1.

The new luxury boutique hotel comes from the Paspaley family, an Australian family that owns and operates businesses inside and outside the travel industry, including pearling, viticulture, agriculture, etc The family also owns ski lodges in Aspen and the Pintada McAlpine House, a boutique hotel in Broome, Western Australia.

Nick Paspaley, hotel owner and executive chairman of the Paspaley Group of Companies, said in a statement that “The Wall Street Hotel is a natural continuation of our family heritage, bringing 100 years of travel and commerce, a cultural experience world, adventure and sophistication transforming the historic Tontine building into a new oasis of charm and comfort, a unique gem for New York’s famous financial district.

The new Wall Street property was once an office building that has been transformed into a new hotel over the past two years. It offers 180 individually designed rooms and suites, ranging from king rooms to multi-bedroom suites that cater not only to business and corporate travelers, but also couples and families. All rooms include custom furnishings, curated bookcases, a handcrafted bar cart, and original wall art.

Outside of the rooms, the hotel offers a lobby lounge, a rooftop ballroom, a 24-hour fitness center, and new restaurant and bar concepts that have yet to be announced. .
