1 Hotels opened 1 Hotel San Francisco this weekend, the brand’s second Californian hotel after its San Diego hotel, and its first in San Francisco.

The property is located in Embarcadero, across from the San Francisco Bay and not far from downtown. In total, it offers 186 rooms and 14 suites, as well as a panoramic view of the hills of the city.

1 Hotels said the property was designed to pay homage to the regional hotel environment, with an earth-toned color palette, wood flooring in the lobby, and redwood salvaged from the original San Francisco Bay Bridge. adorning the landings and corridors of the elevators.

For food and drink, the hotel offers Terrene, an indoor-outdoor café and lounge with a menu of sustainably sourced local ingredients, some grown in the hotel’s rooftop garden. This restaurant will open later this summer.

The new hotel also offers a full-service Bamford wellness spa, a 24/7 gym called The Field House which includes Peloton bikes and on-site electric Audis available for guests.
